Common questions
I lead the full game production lifecycle from concept through deployment and post-launch optimization. That includes directing multidisciplinary teams (developers, 3D artists, UI designers, audio, QA), designing scalable UI/UX systems, and establishing optimization pipelines for assets, shaders, lighting, and performance on mobile. I keep releases milestone-driven and aligned with Agile and sprint cycles.
I work with Unity3D and Unreal Engine 4 & 5 for development and optimization. For design and 3D I use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Blender, Substance Painter, and related tools. I have shipped and supported multiple titles on Google Play and am comfortable with mobile and cross-platform deployment, performance profiling, and scalable system architecture.
I act as a bridge between the player community and the dev team: turning feedback into clear specs and design improvements, running player-experience analysis for retention and engagement, and implementing feedback loops between support, QA, and production to reduce recurring issues and improve live product performance. I've done this in depth in my previous role at Wargaming.
I'm open to full production leadership, UI/UX and player-experience design, and technical design on mobile and interactive projects. I've shipped published titles on Google Play and am comfortable with end-to-end ownership, from concept to launch and live ops.
